Taking quality
multivitamins is a great way to supplement one's diet with high doses of
nutrients that are often lacking in modern-day food. And a new study out of
Sweden has found that women who take multivitamins help to reduce their overall
risk of cardiovascular disease and heart attack.
For ten years, Dr. Susanne Rautiainen and her colleagues from the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm monitored 31,671 women with no history of heart disease and 2,262 women with heart disease to observe their progression in overall health.
